Client Care

Pamela Williams Interior Design (PWID) strives for excellence and professionalism in providing the best interior design experience, both online and in-person, in a timely manner within the limits of available, well-managed resources. Client feedback helps us measure whether our services are meeting needs and expectations. It also helps us identify problems that need to be solved. High quality service depends on client feedback. While praise is always welcome, constructive criticism is truly helpful in the long run.

Privacy & Safety

Pamela Williams Interior Design obligations, with respect to personal data that may be held on behalf of clients in connection with e-Design services PWID provides, such as personal data stored by clients using our website and DesignFiles platform, are defined in our agreements with our clients and are not governed by this Privacy Statement.

As used in this Privacy Statement, "personal data" means any information that relates to, is capable of being associated with, describes, or could be linked to, an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

PWID intends to protect your personal data. We have implemented appropriate physical, administrative and technical safeguards to help us protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. For example, we encrypt certain personal data such as payment information when we transmit such information over the Internet. We also require that our business partners and service providers protect such information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure.

Third-Party Services

PWID will notify clients in the event a contractor or third-party employee will need to be hired for the completion of the project. Our Designers are not general contractors and do not provide contractor services. If your project requires contractors and/or consultants to perform work based on your Designer concepts, you will enter in a contract directly with each contractor and/or consultant. PWID Designers do not provide warranties, guarantees, certifications, or responsibility for the performance, quality, or timely completion of any work performed or materials installed by Contractors, nor their agents or employees. PWID Designers will cooperate with and observe Consultants for the purpose of general conformity of project design plans but will not be responsible for their oversight.
